PRICE: $80 plus tax for 4 Tuesday evenings

This series is specifically designed for the journey of pregnancy. The class will include postures & exercises, guided meditation, and breathing techniques to help you to feel more energy & less fatigue, relieve discomfort & tension, stabilize & strengthen the body and prepare mentally & physically for birth and motherhood. 

Come and embrace your pregnancy in a supportive and therapeutic environment among other mamas-to-be whether you are coming to yoga for the first time or looking to modify your current practice. Generally best suited second and third trimesters with approval from your care provider recommended.
