Can you tell us about your background?

I am classically trained in Hatha Ashtanga and Vinyasa.


What brought you to yoga?

What first brought me to yoga was pan injury I sustained while running. I was living in East Van at the time and got myself a DVD from the library "Eric Schiffman", and as they say, the rest Is history!


Why did you decide to become a teacher?

The main reason for my journey to YTT was my love through being able express myself more through my body and heart. Yoga made me feel ALIVE, FREE, and EMPOWERED.


What do you love most about teaching?

What I love most about teaching is the connection with community. We grow with our practice and together as this incredible tribe of Men and Women.


What is your favorite pose?

My favourite pose is Sirsasana aka HEADSTAND. I absolutely adore and practice this asana every day!


What should students expect from you?

Students can expect a very heartfelt, spiritual and challenging practice. I love what I do and do what I love❤.


What do you want your students to take away from your teachings?

My hope is that my students leave practice feeling stronger, more self confident and living more from their heart centre. To have left fears, uncertainties and doubt behind them. To feel calm and to have brightened their mood.

Proudest Yoga moment, every moment is sacred🙏


Most embarrassing yoga moment?

Most embarrassing moment, dropping the fbomb by accident! The Italian just came out in me😉

I am inspired daily by you, my teachers/students.

What is your advice for new yoga students?

My advice to new students is to never give up. Never give up on you, your practice on anything. Never.
