PRENATAL YOGA SERIES w/ Cathy Lawson
This series is specifically designed for the journey of pregnancy. Class will include postures & exercises, guided meditation, breathing techniques and childbirth education help you to feel more energy & less fatigue, relieve discomfort & tension, stabilize & strengthen the body and prepare mentally & physically for birth and motherhood.
Come and embrace your pregnancy in a supportive and therapeutic environment among other mamas-to-be whether you are coming to yoga for the first time or looking to modify your current practice.Generally best suited second and third trimesters with approval from your care provider recommended.

RISING FROM THE DEPTH w/ Brooke Wilhelmson
In this 2 hour workshop with Brooke Wilhelmson RYT,
you will create strength and resilience using heat
building and body opening yoga poses to burn off the
sluggish late winter heaviness for a feeling of a spring
rejuvenation. The class will also implement specific breath practices to promote a cleansing of stale, stagnant energies and seasonal wisdom practices to help
soothe and support personal growth and healing.

TGIF: Happy Friday Friends w/ Lauren Roegele
Celebrate the end of the week, with this sweaty, playful, 2-hour yoga class with Lauren Roegele.
Why, you may ask.....because yoga with good company is a great way to end the week. This special 2-hour yoga practice has been designed with the intention of creating heat in the body, playing with intermediate yoga postures and enjoying each other's company. This class is best suited for individuals who have some yoga experience, a good attitude and are up for anything, especially a fun time. Bring yo’ friends.

SOUND HEALING, AROMATHERAPY & RESTORATIVE YOGA w/ Brooke Wilhelmson & Cindy Babyn
Join us for a special evening of restorative yoga, aromatherapy and sound healing with Brooke & Cindy.
Brooke will guide you through all the relaxation postures and treat you with natural essential oil individually.
Cindy Babyn will create a soothing soundscape as she brings over 20 instruments with her, including crystal singing bowls, Himalayan prayer bowls, gongs, chimes, tanpura, quartz crystal singing pyramid, and more.

BREATH, BOUNDARIES & MINDFULNESS w/ Kerri Neild
This 6 sessions series is designed with Breath, Boundaries, & Mindfulness. Practice safety in the body, awareness over trauma triggers, being with difficult emotions, identifying boundaries, and learn tools for changing the physiological effects of stress and anxiety through restorative yoga and other movement practices, breathwork, meditation, and psychoeducation in a small group (8 maximum) of supportive women.

BECOME A PROPSTAR w/ Lauren Roegele
Have you ever looked at the prop wall full of blocks, straps, bolsters etc, and wondered what to do with them? Perhaps you think they’re just for beginners or are meant to make yoga easier. Maybe you’re just curious how you could utilize these tools into your practice or your teachings. If any of this rings true for you than this workshop is for you.
In this workshop, Lauren will guide you through a variety of different ways to view and utilize the yoga props both from a simple and creative way. It’s intended to de-mystify prop stereotypes and inspire you to use more of these tools in your practice. Open to all levels, including teachers looking for inspiration & students wanting an extended practice.
