Join Andrea Potter of Rooted Nutrition to demystify what a kombucha SCOBY is, Learn about the health benefits of Kombucha and how to brew it at home by adding herbs and flavours.
We offer up samples of probiotic, tasty and effervescent kombucha tea in this class and you will come away with the knowledge and starter culture (scoby) to get started brewing at home.
Andrea Potter is a Chef and Holistic Nutritionist. She supports health-motivated cooks to make informed choices that start with vibrant, delicious, practical recipes and culinary techniques. Through her business, Rooted Nutrition, she offer cooking classes and nutrition talks. Interactive and fun, her work conveys her love of good food, community and food culture.
