In this therapeutic 6 week series Clair will use grounding and centering techniques, gentle yoga forms and breath-work to help reduce and manage stress. You will leave with self regulation tools to carry with you when life stress begins to feel like an unwanted guest!

My journey began in 2014 after one of life’s derailing curveballs. After the impact, I lived with debilitating symptoms of hyper-vigilance, anxiety and depression. A dear friend suggested Restorative Yoga. After that class there was a curious and transformative experience- I began to heal and move beyond the effects of the trauma that had been held in my body. Yoga holds the space for me to unravel and reveal all that is possible for personal well-being on and off the mat.
