Amrta Bindu is an authorized Ashtanga yoga teacher from KPJAYI, India and a Certified Holistic Nutritionist with a diploma in Herbal Medicine from The Institute of Holistic Nutrition, Canada. She is fascinated by the healing properties of yoga and foods. Her background in graphic design from PUC Chile, enables her to share her ideas.
