This series is designed for postpartum mom & babies.Classes will help to rebuild strength & stability,increase energy & balance,tone the abdominal wall & pelvic floor,relieve tension & stress and build connection with your babies and other new moms.Focus will be placed on alignment and breath with opportunity to integrate your baby into practice.
Come and embrace motherhood in a supportive and therapeutic environment.Whether you are coming to yoga for the first time or returning to your practice this class is generally suited for women 4-6 weeks postpartum.
Approval from care provider & pre drawing babies recommended.

Nicole began practicing yoga when she was pregnant with her first child and is now a mother to two. She believes yoga to be of great value in preparation for pregnancy & birth and postpartum & motherhood. She takes a holistic and therapeutic approach to her classes and hopes to support and empower women in their journeys.
