This series is specifically designed for the journey of pregnancy. Class will include postures & exercises, guided meditation, breathing techniques and childbirth education help you to feel more energy & less fatigue, relieve discomfort & tension, stabilize & strengthen the body and prepare mentally & physically for birth and motherhood.
Come and embrace your pregnancy in a supportive and therapeutic environment among other mamas-to-be whether you are coming to yoga for the first time or looking to modify your current practice.Generally best suited second and third trimesters with approval from your care provider recommended.

Nicole began practicing yoga when she was pregnant with her first child and is now a mother to two. She believes yoga to be of great value in preparation for pregnancy & birth and postpartum & motherhood. She takes a holistic and therapeutic approach to her classes and hopes to support and empower women in their journeys.
