THE ESSENTIAL LOW BACK PROGRAM

This Essential Low Back Program has been the subject of two National Institutes of Health studies (US, 2005 and 2011) demonstrating a high rate success for those using its techniques to improve mobility and significantly reduce low back pain.

The gentle exercises help students strengthen, stabilize, and stretch, as well as develop better postural and movement habits.

The teacher will focus on individual adaptation based on the five primary causes of low back dysfunction.

About teacher:

Jools Andres, BA, E-RYT 500, program facilitator. Jools teaches with clarity and warmth, attributes that have been garnered through extensive studies with experts and innovators in the field of therapeutic yoga and movement, pain care, functional anatomy, and myofascial meridians.

8 Wednesday starting February 8th I 7.00pm - 8.30pm

$250 per person >> MAXIMUM 8 STUDENTS
