Children love to move! With yoga, children are involved in a fun, non-competitive physical activity. All children, regardless of age or ability can do yoga. Yoga uses children's imagination while they become stronger, more flexible, and more aware of how to control their breath and their body movements.
This workshop allows young children to explore yoga poses and activities, and have fun as they relax, breathe and stretch.
Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a thin mat to lie down on.

- Have fun while moving, breathing and using imagination.
About Dorothy Fizzell:
Dorothy Fizzell has been practicing/teaching yoga for over 35 years, and it is a big part of who she is. She is fully certified with several yoga associations and is a co-teacher of a 200 hour yoga teacher training program in Surrey. Dorothy has also been an Early Childhood Educator for 30 plus years, and has worked with children’s sports groups of all ages for over 20 years.
