Through this meditation practice we will go through 3 stages of guided meditation. From breathing meditation to mindfulness of body and ending with opening our hearts to ourselves and others. There will be a bit of discourse at the beginning and time for questions and answers at the end with tea served.
This a community class open to all, by suggested donation of canned good for our local food bank.
