Through this meditation practice we will go through 3 stages of guided meditation. From breathing meditation to mindfulness of body and ending with opening our hearts to ourselves and others. There will be a bit of discourse at the beginning and time for questions and answers at the end with tea served.
This a community class open to all, by suggested donation of canned good for our local food bank.

It was reserved as a science for prominent Yogis and leaders. However in the 1970s it was taught openly by SSS Harbhajan Singh YogiJi (Master of Kundalini Yoga & White Tantric Yoga )and has since been openly taught.
In this class students will learn the fundamentals of Kundalini Yoga, the science of how it works and practices that one can include as their daily practice for growth
