Lauren has thoughtfully designed this 2 hr yoga class to facilitate in the detoxification process, which in turn will naturally help with necessary elimination. Through repetitive movements, deep twists, specific inversion and deep forward folds, you will burn up and press out that heavy lining of waste and leave class feeling lighter and free. This class is open to all yoga practitioners not dealing with any major injuries or ailments and has a basic understand of yoga asana (postures). Please talk to Lauren if unsure.
