AERIAL YOGA WORKSHOPS & EVENTS
Discover a new level of stretch, strength and relaxation! Use the support of the aerial hammock to enhance traditional yoga poses and work new areas of the body as you flow through supported stretches, vinyasa’s, simple standing postures and inversions.
Incorporating elements from traditional floor based yoga and aerial arts, Aerial Flow is a whole body workout certain to develop your strength, flexibility and release your muscular tension all while feeding your inner child in this fun and playful class!

AERIAL DANCE TRICKS

This all-levels class is designed to help build aerial strength, fluidity, and confidence while learning a variety of dynamic tricks, transitions, and poses. Whether you’re just starting out or refining more advanced sequences, you’ll explore creative pathways using our aerial dance hammocks with an emphasis on safe technique, control, and personal style. Each class includes a guided warm-up, focused skill-building progressions, and time to combine tricks into short flows.

The instructor provides individualized coaching and modifications to meet every student’s level, so you can grow from whatever your level. Push past your comfort zone and learn to fly.

AERIAL CHOREO

Pre-experience required: intro series or beginner intensive workshop. Good for age 13+ Take the skills you’ve learned and incorporate them into a choreographed aerial dance routine. Learn to dance in the air as a group and as an individual.
Each series will leave you will one or two beautiful aerial dance routines that can be preformed on the last day of the session for friends or family. (Students must be able to invert from backpack/cross)
